DESCRIPTION:This presentation sheds light on a biologically driven protocol which represents the Golden Era of Modern Implantology\, where surgical precision\, tissue preservation\, and regenerative healing combine. Using biological drilling—a low-speed\, irrigation-free technique—clinicians can perform precise osteotomy preparation while preserving bone vitality\, minimising thermal trauma\, and collecting autogenous bone directly from the site. This bone serves as the gold standard for simultaneous augmentation\, eliminating the need for synthetic graft materials.
