Using biological drilling—a low-speed, irrigation-free technique—clinicians can perform precise osteotomy preparation while preserving bone vitality, minimising thermal trauma, and collecting autogenous bone directly from the site.

This bone serves as the gold standard for simultaneous augmentation, eliminating the need for synthetic graft materials.
